The only things that keep me from rating it higher are that the spaces and roadways are very tight, there are very few spaces with 50 amp hookup, and you don't really see the ocean, although it is just over an easy-access wall. We have kids and the amenities for kids are wonderful. It has a great arcade, cute little $2 putt-putt course, and nice gift shop/grocery, and two nice play ground areas. It was very resort like and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it and would return.

Facilities are great -- showers are clean, hookups are state-of-the-art, several nice play grounds for children and easy access to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. However, the sites are very narrow and close together, un-paved and quite dusty. It was very nice to see the fire rings at each site but each morning we found our car and motorhome covered with fine ashes. Despite the negatives we would come back -- the beach was beautiful.
