Our pull-thru sites were long, level, graveled and not very wide because of trees. Good water pressure and voltage. Our area had lots of trees, but some areas are open. Staff was nice, but pretty stretched out because of the off season. Had to move to a different site after several days so a VIP could have our site. They showed up as we were leaving, so reservation system could be better. It's a 20 minute drive to Beacon Sta. and a 1.5 hour train ride down the Hudson River to NYC. We were there during Halloween and other campers seemed comfortable letting kids trick or treat. We will be back.

We stayed in the woods portion in the park. Quiet, wide, well laid out park with tree buffers between sites. Water pressure, voltage and sewer hookup was fine. WiFi was weak and you have to subscribe. Roads are paved and had tight turns, but OK. Staff was friendly, but we had to move for a VIP camper after a few days. Used this location to go to NYC. We will keep this park on our return list.

This park is not right in NYC, but that is fine with us. Hate city driving. The park itself is very nice and clean. We are a 40' MH with 4 slides and had no problem. We had a nice private pull-thru with space to spare (space 60). The office is very friendly and helpful. Spaces have a table and grill and fire pit. They do have a real nice tour right from the campground. It will take all day but you get to see quite a lot. Comfortable bus with nice seats and AC. Park is a little pricey, but everything so far along the East Coast has been. It is really nice to have a tour bus right from camp. Lets you enjoy the visit instead of fighting traffic.
